Custom Design Competition Ballgowns

Couture gowns are individually designed for you with exceptional attention to detail including but not limited to stonework, applique effects, comprehensive measurements, and affordable prices. Prices start at $450 for latin gowns and $1000 for standard gowns. Prices increase based on design, stoning and applique work, fabrics, etc.

For pricing and more information on your new custom designed dancesport gown please contact Anna at ARpresence or call her at (917)975-6606. Include all preferences you have including color, sleeve style, open or closed back, v-neck or other neckline. Make sure to include your measurements from our designer's chart. As each gown is custom designed for a specific individual, all couture gown sales are final.

Helpful Dancesport Costume Hints:

1) Gown styles go in and out of style like street clothing. Ask your designer what is currently in style.

2) Couture gowns are usually a combination of your ideas plus your designers professional advice. It usually takes several weeks e-mailing or faxing back and forth to create your final design together.

3) Share all your pet peeves with your designer immediately upon contact. For example: "I want to hide my wide waist." She can suggest styles to maximize your personal assets.

4) Tan and brown colors tend to blend into the dance floor. We do not recommend these colors for competition dancers.

5) Ask your designer to send/include a small extra piece of your gown's lace or fabric, which you can later use to craft your own hair adornments.

6) After you agree on your final design and price, it takes up to two months to receive your new custom gown.

7) To complete your look wear matching earrings.

8) When traveling bring your gown with you in your carry-on. Airlines are particularly accommodating when you carry your gown inside a wedding gown bag (available at all wedding boutiques).

9) To prevent color fading, avoid storing your gown where it exposed sunlight.
