All local pre-loved gown purchases are final.
All non-local pre-loved gown purchasers have 24 hours to inspect and try on their ‘New pre-loved gown.’
As long as your gown is mailed back within 24 hours,
and the gown is safely received by the Ballroom Dance Company,
you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost.
Helpful hints:
1) Do not store your gown in the sun.
The sun can stiffen or bleach the stretchy fabrics.
2) Stones will fall off when you dance.
Plan on re-applying ’lost’ stones (with E6000 glue, available at craft stores) to keep your gown looking new.
Rhinestones can be purchased at reasonable prices from the
Rhinestone Guy.
3) Store your gown in a gown bag, not on a hanger.
The wrinkles will stretch out when you put your gown on.
Storing your gown on a hanger may permanently stretch your gown.
4) To complete your look wear matching earrings.
