Wear stretchy clothes that you are comfortable sweating in. -Classes are held on Wednesdays from 5:20-6:20pm with instructor Jessica Lindsey. Jessica is a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor. - You may purchase a 5-week series for $55 or a 10-week series for $100.
